REFUND & RETURN

RETURNS

  • You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

    • In the original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Sale or clearance items.

    • Gift cards and digital products.

    • Personalized or custom-made items.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


DAMAGED IR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at solartcircle@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

HOW TO START RETURN?

  • Contact us at Contact Form Link with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

  • Ship your item(s) back as directed.
